Responsibilities:
1. Reviewed the company's financial documents, sorted out files and managed invoices;
2. Make statistics, print, register, keep and submit all kinds of company statements and reports;
3. Assisted superior departments to carry out internal communication and coordination within the finance department of the company;
4. Keep and distribute office supplies and equipment of the department;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
